Refund Policy — UGC Jungle UGC Jungle is operated by Eternal Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”). For any questions regarding this Refund Policy, contact: support@ugcjungle.com 1. Nature of the Service UGC Jungle provides digital services, including but not limited to: ● Access to the platform and dashboard ● Creator tools and features ● Community access, including Discord ● Coaching sessions and educational resources ● Campaign-related features ● Campaign opportunities and participation ● Analytics, creator, and platform tools ● Other digital content, tools, resources, or features made available through the Services All Services are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase or activation. Access to the Services is personal and non-transferable. 2. Immediate Access to Digital Services By purchasing a Subscription or otherwise accessing paid portions of UGC Jungle, you expressly: ● Request immediate access to the digital service ● Consent to the immediate performance of the digital service ● Acknowledge that access to digital content, community features, coaching, tools, platform functionality, and Campaign-related features is provided immediately upon purchase or activation ● Acknowledge that your applicable right of withdrawal may be lost or limited once the Services have been accessed or used, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Access begins immediately after purchase or activation. 3. EU Users — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. Any withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting: support@ugcjungle.com However, by purchasing and accessing UGC Jungle, you expressly: ● Request immediate access to the digital service ● Consent to immediate performance of the service ● Acknowledge that the Services begin immediately after purchase or activation ● Acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may be lost or limited once you access or use the Services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law If you have not accessed or used the Services and you believe you are entitled to exercise a statutory withdrawal right, you must contact us within the applicable withdrawal period. 4. Definition of “Use” Use of the Services includes, but is not limited to: ● Creating or activating an account ● Logging into the platform ● Accessing any dashboard, feature, tool, content, resource, or page ● Joining or accessing the community, including Discord ● Viewing, registering for, or participating in coaching sessions ● Accessing educational resources or training materials ● Completing onboarding steps ● Applying for, participating in, or interacting with Campaigns ● Connecting social media accounts ● Using analytics, creator, payout, campaign, or platform tools ● Viewing Campaign opportunities or creator resources ● Submitting Deliverables or Campaign-related materials ● Any other interaction with the platform or Services after purchase or activation Once any of the above actions occur, the Services are considered used and the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 5. Non-EU Users For users outside the European Union: All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law No refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law Partial refunds are not provided unless expressly approved by UGC Jungle or required by applicable law 6. No Results-Based Refunds As further described in our Terms of Service, UGC Jungle does not guarantee results. Refunds will not be provided based on: ● Not earning income ● Not receiving brand deals ● Not being selected for Campaigns ● Not receiving Campaign opportunities ● Not achieving expected results ● Dissatisfaction with performance or outcomes ● Lack of views, engagement, followers, reach, or growth ● Lack of conversions, sales, revenue, or payouts ● Lack of time, effort, participation, or implementation ● Dissatisfaction with coaching, community, educational materials, platform tools, or Campaign availability ● Changes in social media algorithms, platform rules, market demand, Brand demand, or third-party platform behavior UGC Jungle does not guarantee that any user will earn money, receive Campaigns, gain followers, achieve views, obtain brand deals, receive payouts, or achieve any specific result. 7. Campaigns, Payouts & Creator Participation Subscription payments, platform access fees, and creator membership fees are separate from Campaign payouts or creator compensation. Refunds will not be granted merely because a user: ● Is not approved for a Campaign ● Does not pass verification ● Does not reach a payout threshold ● Does not receive a Payout ● Has Campaign metrics rejected, reduced, adjusted, or invalidated ● Fails to provide required verification, tax, payment, analytics, or compliance information ● Breaches Campaign requirements, platform rules, or the Terms of Service Campaign participation and Payout eligibility are subject to UGC Jungle’s Terms of Service, Campaign requirements, verification checks, fraud checks, metric review, payout rules, and approval processes. 8. Chargebacks, Abuse & Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to deny refunds and take action in cases of: ● Chargebacks or payment disputes ● Abuse of refund policies ● Repeated or excessive refund requests ● Fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, or abusive behavior ● Attempts to access or use the Services while claiming non-use ● Misrepresentation of account activity or platform usage ● Violation of the Terms of Service ● Attempts to bypass payment systems, Campaign rules, or platform protections In such cases, we may: ● Suspend or terminate your account ● Remove access to the platform, community, tools, or Campaigns ● Restrict future purchases or access ● Withhold, delay, reduce, reverse, or reject Payouts where permitted by the ● Terms of Service and applicable law ● Contest chargebacks or payment disputes with supporting evidence of account activity, purchase records, platform usage, community access, login data, onboarding activity, Campaign activity, or other relevant information 9. Third-Party Payment Providers Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as: ● Whop ● Stripe ● Wise ● PayPal ● Other approved payment, billing, invoicing, or payout providers These providers may apply their own terms, payment rules, chargeback procedures, billing processes, refund interfaces, or dispute policies. UGC Jungle retains discretion to determine refund eligibility in accordance with this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, subject to applicable law. Payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, chargeback fees, or third-party transaction costs may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. 10. Cancellation of Subscriptions You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law. Access may continue until the end of the active billing period unless your account is suspended or terminated earlier under the Terms of Service. You are responsible for cancelling your Subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. 11. Legal Rights Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If any part of this Refund Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal rule will apply only to the extent required. 12.
