UGC Jungle — Refund & Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments, fees, payouts, and refunds work on UGC Jungle. UGC Jungle is operated by Eternal Marketing, doing business as UGC Jungle (Netherlands). Contact: support@ugcjungle.com.
1. Platform Access & Subscriptions
Access to the UGC Jungle platform is provided under a paid subscription (currently $35 per month, unless a different price is displayed at checkout), processed through providers such as Whop or Stripe and billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. The applicable price and billing period are always shown at checkout. Pricing may change on a prospective basis; changes take effect no earlier than your next billing period.
UGC Jungle may grant temporary free access — for example in connection with challenges, events, or promotions. Free access is discretionary, may be limited, modified, or ended at any time, and does not create any right to continued or future access. Because no payment is made for free access, no refund applies to it.
2. Marketplace Fees
UGC Jungle earns money on completed Campaign transactions:
- Brands pay a Brand Service Fee of 8% on the applicable Campaign transaction value.
- Creators pay a Creator Platform Fee of 8% on their gross Campaign compensation, deducted before payout.
Fees are shown at the time of the transaction. Fees relate to facilitation services already performed (matching, coordination, verification, payment processing) and are non-refundable once a Campaign transaction is completed, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
3. Brand Campaign Payments
Brand payments fund Campaign budgets and fees. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in a Campaign Agreement or required by law:
- Payments for completed and accepted Deliverables are final.
- If a Campaign is cancelled before Creators have performed work, UGC Jungle will refund the unused Campaign budget, minus any fees for services already performed and any non-recoverable processing costs.
- If Deliverables are rejected within the review window (5 business days, see the Terms of Service) on reasonably specific grounds and the dispute is resolved in the Brand's favor, the related portion of the budget will be refunded or re-allocated.
Brand payments are not deposits, escrow funds, or segregated funds held for Creators.
4. Creator Payouts
Payouts are made after Campaign requirements are verified, minus the 8% Creator Platform Fee. Payouts may be made through Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer; processor fees and currency conversion may apply. Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld in the situations described in the Terms of Service (disputed Deliverables, failed or reversed Brand payment, suspected fraud or invalid traffic, incomplete verification, or pending audience or audience-quality verification — including the Tier 1 geographic baseline described in the Terms of Service). Failure to cooperate with audience verification requests may result in loss of Payout eligibility as described in the Terms of Service. Platform fees deducted from Creator earnings are non-refundable once the related Campaign transaction is completed. 5. Subscription & Paid-Service Refunds, Cancellation & EU Withdrawal
These rules apply to the platform subscription and to any other optional paid services (for example coaching or premium programs).
Immediate access. The subscription is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase or activation. By subscribing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that access starts right away.
EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from your initial subscription purchase within 14 days by contacting support@ugcjungle.com. Because you expressly requested immediate performance, you owe a proportionate amount for the period during which you had access before withdrawing; this amount is deducted and the remainder of your payment is refunded. For digital content that is delivered in full upon purchase (such as downloadable materials), the withdrawal right lapses once performance has begun with your express consent, to the extent permitted by law. The statutory withdrawal right applies to the initial purchase only, not to subsequent renewals. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Business users. Creators and Brands who use the Services for professional, commercial, or income-generating purposes (as described in the Terms of Service) act as businesses, not consumers, and have no statutory withdrawal right. Their purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Cancellation & renewals. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Amounts already paid for the current billing period are not refunded unless required by applicable law.
Non-EU users. Purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
6. No Results-Based Refunds
Refunds are not provided because a user did not earn money, was not selected for Campaigns, did not gain followers or views, or had unmet expectations. UGC Jungle does not guarantee earnings, deals, or results.
7. Chargebacks, Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds, suspend accounts, and take further action in cases of refund abuse, repeated refund requests, chargebacks or payment disputes, or fraudulent or deceptive conduct. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly.
8. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe, Whop, Wise, PayPal, or other approved payment, billing, invoicing, or payout providers. Third-party processor fees are generally non-refundable. Providers operate under their own terms.
9. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
