UGC Jungle — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Eternal Marketing, doing business as UGC Jungle ("UGC Jungle", "we"), Felix Timmermanslaan 9, Uithoorn, the Netherlands, processes personal data in connection with the UGC Jungle platform, website (ugcjungle.com), community, and related services (the "Services"). We are the data controller for this processing. Contact: support@ugcjungle.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account & profile data. Name or display name, email address, login credentials, creator profile details, photos, social media handles, and onboarding responses.

Connected accounts. If you connect social accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), we access data made available through the official platform APIs with your explicit authorization, such as profile information, content, and engagement metrics (views, likes, comments). We use this for verification, analytics, creator profiles, and performance-based payouts.

Payment information. Brand payments are processed through Stripe, bank transfer, or Wise. Creator payouts are made via Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. Subscriptions and optional paid services are processed through Whop or Stripe. We may collect payment details, invoicing details, and — where legally required — identity and tax-related information (for payout verification, fraud prevention, and compliance). Full card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.

Usage & performance data. Platform activity, feature interactions, campaign participation and performance data, and analytics and cookie data (device/browser information, advertising tracking).

2. How We Use Data

To provide the Services and manage accounts; operate the campaign marketplace and match Creators with Campaigns; verify content, campaign performance, and audience quality; process payments, fees, and payouts; display creator achievements, leaderboards, and statistics on the platform and on public marketing pages; provide community, coaching, and support; comply with legal, tax, and compliance obligations; and conduct analytics and marketing activities.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (providing the Services, processing transactions and payouts), consent (e.g. connected social accounts, non-essential cookies, marketing), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement, marketplace operation), and legal obligations (tax, accounting, sanctions, and compliance requirements).

4. Data Sharing

Service providers. Payment and payout providers (Stripe, Whop, Wise, PayPal), hosting, analytics, and communication tools — under data-processing agreements where required.

Creator–Brand collaboration. To operate the marketplace, we share Creator profile information with Brands: name/display name, profile details, social handles, example content, and campaign performance. We do not share your private email address or personal contact details with Brands unless required for a specific Campaign and communicated to you.

Public display of creator information. To showcase real results and build trust, certain creator information may be displayed publicly — on our website, landing pages, in-platform leaderboards, and marketing materials. This may include your display name or username, profile photo, country and age (where provided), performance statistics (such as views, number of posts, rankings, and earnings figures), and testimonials or content excerpts. Testimonials and personal photos are only used where the creator has agreed to this. If you do not want your information displayed publicly, contact support@ugcjungle.com and we will remove or anonymize it within a reasonable period.

Legal requirements. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

No sale. We do not sell personal data.

5. Community & Coaching

Community participation (e.g. Discord) is voluntary; messages and activity may be visible to other members. Coaching sessions and calls may be recorded for internal, educational, or promotional use — participation implies consent unless otherwise stated at the session.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, advertising, and optimization. Users in the EEA/UK are asked to consent to non-essential cookies via our consent banner and can withdraw consent at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as necessary for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Payment, payout, and compliance records are retained for the periods required by applicable law (in the Netherlands generally 7 years for administrative records).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). 9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure.

10. Age Restriction

The Services are intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

11. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside the EEA. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

12. Business Transfers

Personal data may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.
