Data Deletion
UGC Jungle stores data from your Instagram account only after you explicitly connect it to your creator profile. This page explains how to have that data deleted.
If you connected Instagram through UGC Jungle
- Log in to your creator account and open Jungle Studio, then Manage account.
- Disconnect the Instagram account. UGC Jungle removes its stored access token and stops pending work for that connection. Disconnecting does not erase stored history.
- To also erase the stored data, email support@ugcjungle.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. Include the Instagram username so we can identify the connection. You can also use this contact if you cannot access your creator account.
If you removed UGC Jungle from your Instagram settings
Removing access and requesting data deletion are separate actions. When Meta sends UGC Jungle a valid data-deletion request, we erase the connection data and return a confirmation code and status link. If you have received that link, open it to check the result. If you only disconnected the app, contact us to request deletion of its stored data.
What gets deleted
We erase the connection’s Instagram identifiers and access token, synced media and insights, stored conversations and automation data, and uploaded publishing assets. This does not delete posts or messages already delivered on Instagram. Records required for accounting or legal compliance (for example, payout history) are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
